USE ONLY BY THOSE OF LEGAL AGE
Our Site is intended for only for those who have reached the age of majority (18 years of age). By using and accessing our Site, you are affirming that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user's misrepresentation of age.

We do not knowingly collect or attempt to collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 13 use our Site, and parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to the Term of Use or Privacy Policy on their behalf. You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request to know or delete must:

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by designating such an agent in writing or through a power of attorney. We will require the agent to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to make requests on your behalf prior to accepting requests from the agent.
